2. Is your service is chargeable for a child of 5yrs?
No, the Children up to the age group of 06years are complimentary and no charges applicable.
3. How much Service Tax do you charge?
Goods Service Tax of 18% (SGST 9% + CGST9%) applicable as per billing norms in India.
4. How do I cancel my reservation, is there any cancellation charges?
You may cancel your reservation through our Customer Helpline mentioned on website homepage and on your confirmation details. For details please visit our Terms & Conditions section.
5. Can I track my arrival or departure flight before proceeding to airport?
Yes, you can track it from homepage of our website on extreme right of your screen, please select live Flight option and fill the details, you want to track.
6. Can I book Elite Services for my children?
Yes, you can book Elite Services for your children. However, children aged up to 12 years have to be accompanied by an adult.
7. What is the baggage size and weight to be carried on board?

No, Our services are non transferable.
