Cookie Policy — Akasa Air — Airport Assistance by Elite World Services

What this policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains how Elite World Services Limited (EWS), operating akasaair.airportporterservice.com, uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser localStorage) when you visit our Website.

We have deliberately built this Website to use the minimum number of cookies necessary to deliver our service. We do not use any third-party advertising cookies, marketing pixels (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads), or cross-site tracking technologies.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit it. Cookies allow the site to remember information about your visit — for example, your country / language preference — so the next page loads faster and works correctly.

Cookies and storage we currently use

Strictly necessary (always on)

These are essential for the Website to function. You cannot disable them.

Name	Set by	Purpose	Lifetime
aps_cookie_consent	EWS (first-party, localStorage)	Remembers that you have dismissed the cookie banner so we don’t show it again.	12 months
__vercel_*	Vercel (hosting platform)	Edge routing, security, and CDN cache identification.	Session

Third-party (loaded only on payment pages)

These are loaded by Razorpay only when you proceed to checkout to make a payment. They are required to securely process your card / UPI / net-banking transaction.

Name	Set by	Purpose	Lifetime
rzp_*	Razorpay (checkout.razorpay.com)	PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, fraud detection.	Session / 12 months

How to control cookies

You can control cookies at the browser level. Most browsers let you:

Block all cookies — but our Website will not work correctly (you will not be able to complete a booking).
Delete cookies on close — you will see our cookie banner on every visit.
Allow only first-party cookies — our Website will work normally except for payments. To pay, you would need to temporarily allow Razorpay cookies at checkout.

For instructions specific to your browser: Chrome · Firefox · Safari · Edge.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because we do not engage in cross-site tracking or behavioural advertising, our Website’s behaviour is the same whether or not DNT is enabled.

Changes to this policy

We will update this Cookie Policy whenever we add, remove, or change a cookie. Material changes will be highlighted in the cookie banner on your next visit.
